I liked this book because I enjoyed looking at the artist's sketches and renderings of traditional quilts. I never wanted to take the time to draw out a whole quilt before I made it but I admire these drawings that do that. It also contains much information for the beginning and intermediate quilter. Sampler quilts are for people who do not like to repeat the same block.
